I do not really work out very often, I am 6 feet tall and 143 pounds. I do maybe 50 pull ups a day, only because the pull up bar is in my door frame so whenever I walk in or out, I do a few pull ups!
I eat horribly, Mc Donalds, Wendys, Taco Bell, etc. I have horrible eating habits. Any way I can counter act these urges to junk out?

Im a 19 year old guy and i'm 1,83 m and 67 kg.
I practice box since i was 16 so i think im pretty fit :3
Btw when i started box i used to eat pasta, and alot of meat.
Now i keep following the same method :
Lunch : Meat and lettuce
Dinner : Pasta / pizza :3
I do tibetan meditation too, so i can stay happy with my self.
You should stop with Fast foods those are unhealty im not saying that you MUSN'T eat to fastfoods just go 1 time per 2 weeks.
Btw how often do you eat at Mc Donalds etc.. ?

I eat fast food 2-3 times a week. Simply because of my schedule.

Saturday & Sunday with friends.
