Alright, so I'm not a coder, but a know a small bit here and there.
What I'm having problem with is spam bots. Now I'm not asking for plugins or anything of that nature. But I can figure out how to make it so the first post a registered user makes must be approved by an administrator. Can anyone help?

Also, regarding plugins, how do I install new plugins? I don't even know where to begin with that.
