It took me a LONG time to load the webpage. You should use different colors for the "Login/Signup" links. Repeated images do not work well with backgrounds. Perhaps you should search after a GFX artist to create a better background for you. Also, I'd look for a different banner that expresses the page better. I'd change the HTML title to "Casey Middle School" or "CSM". What do the numbers/austin commerce represent? If they are credits for another website, perhaps put them at the bottom. The random pink banner at the bottom doesn't fit well at all. Again, I'd recommend inquiring the help of a GFX artist.

Yeah, the site takes long to load, you should use some professional software (I don't know are you blogging or something?)
Also get some new gfx it looks so damn generic...
