Is ipl help indian players to develop their skills.The restriction of four players is good or Bad?Which one is the good team now.

It's actually good. The restriction of four foreign players helps to find talent of our local players. Team wise KKR is best, but they never perform. I support MI and PWI. What about you OP?

I think its good that ony 4 foreign players are allowed because it helps in finding the locol talent of players in india like kewlz mentioned in his post..
I support CSK because I love Dhoni and his captaincy and the way he remains cool and calmn..
