I normally get lazy, and use a template already made, then just do the backend, but I actually tried to design one, here is the result:

This is a pre made template format which can be found in dreamweaver... so I will give 0 points to it..

That's 3 minutes of work. I don't see why you posted this when I'm sure you know it's not usable as a website template.

So you just learn Dreamwaver? If yes, then continue learning.

This. even tho its not too easy to make something from scratch. But i could even do that. In 3mins.

As stated, you need to realize you cannot use this online if you want to be taken seriously.
