I have sent Sam 2 Pms now and neither of them show up in tracking... Does anyone here know why? I have over 10 posts, I figure that this should work...

It doesn't show up for me either, does Omni even have them enabled?
Tracking is not enabled by default on SF. You have to hit the checkbox that shows enable tracking.
If you did and it isn't showing up, then the end user denied the receipt.
Tracking is Disabled for non admins/staff.

I think I might have figured this out.
We can deny read receipts and tracking.
