This is a free PC game that's similar to Soldat/Worms (more in appearance since it's not really turn-based but it does have the hook which is fun). No jetpack though 
The game has 3 modes, deathmatch, team dm, and CTF.

As for servers, I usually play on this one:

There are some others that are running non-stock maps and mods which can be cool, just make sure to enable them using the filter otherwise they won't show up by default.
