No it does not come with preloaded games, but there is a feature to leach roms from a server so that means mass downloading of roms.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Windows version like this Smile

I could save my CPU and RAM and turn it into usable and reserved RAM for other tasks. I like this style of a sleek black/dark/carbon theme. I know MS will never do it though.

This is actually windows, Windows XP to be exact.

It's custom coded in C++ but I'm sure something similar could be made in batch. Google for batch tutorials.
