Have you checked the logs? I might be that WHMCS is unable to contect your WHM... the login credentials have been changed...

Pretty sure... I think you have to accept the order to create the account

You have to do that for the third option:
"Automatically setup the product when you manually accept a pending order"

WE HAVE DOUBLED THE AMOUNT OF DISK AND MONTHLY TRAFFIC QUOTA!!
We were actually experimenting since we are new and just started our services a couple of weeks ago... Got a good number of sign ups but many want us to increase our Disk Space and Monthly Bandwidth... so here we are! Doubled the amount of everything!

Really, it depends where you look to. I think my P2H site looks more better than your services offered & I get good support.
