I am planning to start a website soon, thanks for the websites!

free-webhost.me (awesome features but CRASHES EVERYDAY)
000webhost.com (normal features, the "best" free hosting, but when you have a good website they start to make everyday your host, slower and slower)

I hate websites that promise to be up every day but end of being down every day :/

You should note that 110MB costs $10 to use MYSQL.
