Well done, good coloring on the skin, but around the eye it looks a bit leaked out, too much of the red color outside of the iris where it's supposed to be.

I actually was going to lower the opacity to the layer that contained the red, but it just didn't look right in my opinion.

Where did you find this image anyway? I only found one good eye image on google last time I attempted this.
