My laptop has a bluetooth thing that it lights up when bluetooth is activated, but in control panel, there is no Bluetooth icon. Tried to search driver (Lenovo) in their site, but they always shows couldn't connect to my Microsoft Mobile Keyboard 6000. How can I fix that? When its detecting, the keyboard s flashing red and green.
I would recommend going directly to the microsoft support page for that particular product which is located
>HERE< This will give you all the information you may need and all the products original drivers and manuals. an alternative option if on windows would be to go to right click my computer>manage>device manager>keyboards then right click your specific keyboard and click update driver. Hope this helps
Nope none of their documents helps.
I couldn't see anything name "Bluetooth" in the device manager or anything that is representing the keyboard.
Thanks though.
