Quick description:
XBMC is an award-winning free and open source (GPL) software media player and entertainment hub for digital media. XBMC is available for Linux, OSX, Windows, and the original Xbox. XBMC was fully ported to the iPhone, iPad and AppleTV 2.
[Ok so first add the source : mirrors.xbmc.org/apt/ios
1. load Cydia

2. go to Manage – > Sources -> Edit -> Add http://mirrors.xbmc.org/apt/ios/ as new Cydia source

3. go to teamXBMC repo and tap XBMC-iOS to install

4. thats it, exit cydia and start XBMC from your home menu

Just to let you know it didn't work on my 2gen iPod but it will probably work on others maybe even 2gens[b]
