I have been diagnosed with fibromialgia. It is hard struggling with depression and physical pain that makes you want to stay in bed all day. Not be there.

I live on my own and I've been thinking about getting a personal health record to help me track my doctor appointments and my meds, but I don't know if this is only for cancer patients.

I don't know if they will like, take someone like me. I looked into it and it's like 50 bucks a year so I can manage.

No this is for anyone. You don't need to have cancer to have this. It is very useful too.

Anything to make life easier you should look into I'm deeply sorry to hear about this horrific disease I hope you feel ok
