That wouldn't be a good solution after even myself and many more non-spamming members of SF might have to loose their award if the requirements are set to 2+ years.
My idea was to reward long time registered active members as a sign of thanks. - Please read the posts properly.
I would say the same as with the theme it needs a little freshening.

It really doesn't. I don't understand why people keep suggesting this. The theme is professional and easy on the eye. No parts of it need changing.

I do think rounding the corners like with HF would be great.
