I have changed the on button for index new posts to an orange arrow instead of the green. I felt the green wasn't distinguished enough. Hope you like it.

It looks good and is more noticeable now.

It adds a bit of colour to the boards, better than just the plain old green.

Probably not since they all use the same images folder.

It looks way better IMHO.

It looks weird. Kinda bad but it catches the eye.
So its a good thing overall.
