Hello,

I'm going to the gym to gain some muscles. Besides that, I want to eat healthy. Healthy food = Better muscles Pirate .

But I got a little question. On all these gym forums, they say to eat A LOT of rice and chicken. So I'm eating Rice + chicken EVERY DAY (That's what they say). When I'm not eating rice, i'm eating spaghetti (without the sauce).

But my question; Eating rice, chicken, spaghetti, other pasta .. but no other meat and stuff, is this healthy? (Of course i'm eating some vegetables too).
