They all look nice. My favorite one is the soilder (first picture)
The last one looks like something out of a 3d movie.
Overall they all look good..Great Job. You has potential.

Thanks man, well actually the last one is just a render. I used almost 30 brushes, 10+ c4ds, effects like smudging and stuff. Anyways thanks, and I am glad you like all of 'em!

Would you ever think about giving out the PSD's for these?
Or even a tutorial would be nice.

I just followed 2 tutorials for 2 creations, plus I do not provide free PSDs. The tutorials can be found at dA though.
