have tried everything to get sound out of my pc uninstalled reinstalled but keeps coming up that something else might be using my sound card. how can i check to see what could be using my sound card. ?

Try updating your driver.. Or, if you can find it, uninstall it and then re-install it Smile

tried updating saying cannot install code 10 will have a search through google see if there anyway around it. thanks anywayThumbsup

c-media AC97 audio driver
when updating says cannot continue could not find better match for
your hardware
so uninstalled then ran add new hardware then says cannot start this hardware
there was a problem installing
this device cannot start code 10
