Just wanted to get this out somewhere so I could get some feedback. MSN doesn't do it justice. What do you guys think? Is it worth something?
By the way, it is all in GDI. No themeBase used. It also has PERFECT functionality, meaning Tabbing into TextBoxes, perfectly worked TabIndexes, etc.
Let me know what SF thinks...

The progress bar is amazing, Do the lines move or are they static?

Very nice! I love the gloss and professionalism, should make more color schemes for it ;)

I might. For now, it is mostly about function and professionalism. When I find 2 blues and 2 reds that go together, I will release a way to change the colors with ease. Thanks for the suggestion!

I like it, but it seems a bit cliche.

As with everything else from you, looks great.

I love it! O: I'd love to see an Operating System theme like that ^.^ I doubt I'll see one though.
