Exercises are important to stay fit and healthy throughout our life. They help in proper functioning, of human organs and muscles. It promotes, well being. The benefits are listed below..
1. Reduces the risk of developing high blood pressure.
2. Maintains normal weight.
3. Reduces the risk of dying prematurely.
4. Reduces the risk, of dying prematurely from heart disease.

I think exercise plays very important role in our life.
We should do exercise regularly because exercise keeps
maintain our whole body and also control our blood circulation of
our body.
Smoking weed, and drinking also is very bad. I have done it for the last 7 weekends, and now my brain is fudged. I have a hard time remembering things. I do not wish for this to keep happening.

Daily walk can help you to reduce the problem of blood pressure .....
Playing a good game can keep you tension free...
It will prolong your life, give you more energy, help you focus better, make you look good, help your bones and your heart and just make you feel better about yourself.. so keep doing some routine exercises . Best of luck
