Maybe once I've got to grips with Java I'll move onto Python.

How easy is it? In comparison to say VB.NET?

I hear they are both for beginners. I only know Html and don't know where to learn VB.NET but want to. I'll probably get a book Smile
Well, Learn Python, its great, My first project was a text based RPG.

I learned a heap of this book, its free for a PDF. I suggest giving it a go, hope I helped!
VB.NET is quite easy, as everything is done for you, but somehow, for the basics, Python is much easier.

It bored me though, I started learning it a few weeks back, then didn't bother going back to it. :-/
Python is an amazing versatile powerful language tha most people can benefit from immensely. It is a lot of fun and I highly reccomend you learn it. If you have any questions PM me ;)
