If you report the posts we deal with it. There are no build up of reports here.
But I agree we need some new moderation in this place. I've noticed the lack of activity from our current staff.
I love this place but I admit I'm overwhelmed with work at HF.

Secondly, please keep this thread on-topic. I understand a lot of you aren't happy, I myself think the feather award should go, however there are ways of getting your views & opinions across without the inappropriate language and flaming. Any more of this and I'll close the thread.
Sorry mate, but it's just getting ridiculous now, it's got worse this past month, and I'm sure it's not going to get any better until Omni gets rid of the feather.
For the amount of ACTIVE members this forum has, we have a correct amount of staff, just get rid of the support feather and everything will be fine. This is supposed to be "SupportForums" not "EveryoneJoinUpandGetAStupidFeatherForums"
Sorry for the language, I was angry at the time and I was hoping it would get his attention.
Any comments on the feather award Omni? I think that is the main frustration for members here including myself.

Thank-you for replying, I understand HF is time consuming, I personally don't think I could cope with a site of that size, but your staff have mentioned many times how they are wanting to bring the site up-to scratch, with your authorization.

And no I won't remove feather award. It's a benefit more than a problem. Easy to ban those posting LQP but the members who stick around as high quality are greatly appreciated.

I believe I do have a right to say that, when I came here, it wasn't as bad, but now, it's hard to find a post of which isn't made by someone trying to obtain that award.
Removing the feather may not be the best way to go about things, but at least give an announcement saying that if they post LQ then they wont get the award?

Lack of activity? That stems from a lack of motivation. In all honesty I don't blame them for not wanting to moderate a forum with 2-3 respectable posters (ace, Gajiin, Fragma etc), 9-10 retarded posters (breshie, emotional, etc), and then you have general spammers.
There are not many posts that "break the rules." Yeah, you're right. But if you actually read the posts, they are not enjoyable at all. Moderation won't fix this at all. Encouraging updates will. You should know this stuff, right?
Take a look at the first 15 pages of suggestions and actually do the things that take 5 minutes to add (like things you replied to saying you liked it and will add it) will get GOOD posters and not make SF useless. It isn't that hard to be honest, and I find it hard to believe you have no downtime to do it. Instead of creating shaving videos, help Support Forums.
I didn't expect you to reply to this thread, that had me caught off guard. I'd be impressed if you took the time to reply to everybody's points and complaints, however.
Nothing we can do anymore. Instead of creating "I'm leaving" threads, just freakin leave. As blunt as it sounds, that is the only way your actions will help out.
