No. I've fixed it. Forgot to edit my post tho ):
Step 1: use sn0wbreeze to create a custom firmware from 4.3.3
Step 2: use redsn0w with ipsw 4.3.3 to enter into pwned DFU mode
Step 3: make sure you have
#74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com
#74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com
in your host file located here:-
C:Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Step 4: run tinyumbrella and start TSS Server
Step 5: run itunes 10.4.1 and when asked to restore use Shift + restore and point it to the custom ipsw and that should work.
