I don't like PixLr, also Picnik you can't make your own images.

Pixlr is probably the best you're going to get for an online editor, they don't have big applications online for people to use typically.

picnik.com for editing pics and use blingee.com for small animated gif editings

There are lots and lots of these things out there.
Though as mentioned above, Pixlr is pretty much the best out there. None of the other online photo editing programs are going to be stronger or have more functions.
