It's not terrible. It seems semi-boring to be honest. The layout is decent but it doesn't thrill me. The blue is overused in most webmaster sites.
You should also improve your forum descriptions.

Yeah, there is some issue with pages at certain times, otherwise it is fine. I am trying to work it out.
