Ello, i was wondering if you guys have suggestions on getting a hacked admin account back?
Basically someone logged into my UCP, changed the PW, username, and email.
I still have full cP access, but do you know how to fix this?

Just make a back up, simple

They have back ups just incase

EDIT: Sorry misread your post.

Do you have PhpMyAdmin? You can change the MyBB tables in there and set yourself as admin.

or if your using forumotion then go to the utilities section

PS:I use to run a site made by forumotion

PhpMyAdmin is a lot better for sending in a php queries though in my opinion if you know how to use it
