Tell her you're old enough to go to clubs with friends.
Explain to her it's harmless fun with the guys, you don't need to break up with her to enjoy life.
Heck, invite her a long and show her there isn't anything to worry about if she's that afraid.
Other than changing her opinion/going anyway or breaking up with her you don't really have many choices.

You definitely shouldn't break up. Just talk to her about it. If you really like each other, I'm pretty sure one of you can come up with a compromise for both.
