McDonalds is horribly bad for you anyways even though it tastes good. D:
There are no "fast" way to get a sixpack. just take some push-ups and crunches
You must train your abs regularly and very hard. The abs do not need as much regeneration as other muscles. Eat good, but healthy. In the evening less carbohydrate & fat. More proteine. Go swimming jogging and to the gym regularly.
1. Everyone has abs.
2. A 4-pack/6-pack is very gene-dependent. I'm at 7% bodyfat and I only have 4. So does the legendary Ronnie Coleman.
3. The only way to have your abs visible is to lower the bodyfat percentage you have. You can do this on a caloric deficit and cardio.
4. HIIT > LISS.

Completely false. Abdomen is just any other muscles. If you train it, it will just get bigger which would look bad. Lift consistently and do cardio every other day/workout.
