I hear people saying that Fileice was legitimate and paid all of it's used, but recently, I've heard some bad things about them. Is it true they've just stopped paying it's users entirely.

Few weeks ago it was legit,but I have no idea for now.

Maybe someone else knows.I would like to know too.

FileIce is not scam. I'm user on FileIce and everything is fine.
Minimum cashout is $50, and if you can't reach $50 in 30 days then you are "RETARDED".
Fileice is not scam, 2 nd payments will be this month, I'll show you some proof after I get paid, 15-25th this month.
I've earned $1050 last month, I've seen many proofs and btw you can check this site

I didn't get accepted to it, but I saw a lot of threads saying its a scam on HF.

There's always people that blame for nothing.
For example on FileIce few members got banned for uploading files related to porn. Then they make threads on forums and crying.
There was a kid that registered with fake info, he got banned too then he made thread on hackforums.

Don't worry, FileIce is great site. Just read the rules (respect) them and you wont get in any trouble!

Lol, I got denied, but $harecash has always worked for me, and is most likely better.
