So basically my friend gave me some free hosting on his VPS so I decided to put my site on it, seen as though my other hosting kept getting suspended due to a bandwidth drain.

Yeah, what you see there is like 10 minutes worth of code just to get the site up and running, I may put a full re-coded template on there once I've got it done. But for now it's staying like that.

The scanner restarts even when I had nothing in the search bar.
The background needs a touch up, looks like all you did it this:

I didn't code the scanner or the proxy or the YouTube to MP3 script. If the URL Scanner doesn't work for you then it's just you, it works fine for me.
I was just talking about the main first page.
Also the scanner is a very high standard PHP file, coded by one of the best that I know. So you know.
