Does anyone know how people put surveys in their sites like sharecash?

I mean like for uncovered content.

It's easy to put surveys to your sites. There's 2 different ways.
1) Contect locker. (People must do a survey so they can visit your site).
2) File locked. ( People must do a survey so they can get the file).
