Hey guys,

I need an offshore cheap VPS (under/exact 5-6$ a month). It's OS should be Windows. (Does not matter what version). I want to host a website on it (or a forum). It must allow hacking (Well what can you understand under hacking? I do not mean credit cards or some crap, only general pentesting discussions).

Oh and...
I will need some help with it. Here I wrote up some questions, where I do not know how to proceed.

Question 1:

If I got my Windows VPS, would I be able to connect through RDP and set up XAMPP?

Question 2:

When I got my VPS and already uploaded all the files for my website, how can I setup the DNS servers so I can use them as name servers on my domain? (I bought from dynadot.com).
