Full Version: Are you sleep deprived?

Based on your own opinion, Are you sleep deprived from result of late nights due to nothing planned for the next day?

I would say I am, Right now my schedule is bed at 6PM and waking up at 3-4 AM Its messed up and I don't know how I did it. I feel tired half way through he day.

Well I usually go to bed at 3am and wake up around 8am.
I don't think i get that much sleep :|
Wow Liquid that is kind of nuts dude lol, your definetly Sleep deprived cause your spouse to get atleast 8 hours EVERY night.

Yea i know i don't get enough sleep, i find it really hard to sleep.
Hmm I know what you mean I had problems sleeping but now I just meditate, You should look into it; and I don't mean as a joke take it serious and you will like how relaxed you feel.
I go to bed at around midnight and wake up at 7.30 - 8am so i would say i get a good amount of sleep.
Yeah thats what I do around school time, although I find I need atleast 10 hours for school to concentrate all day. If I don't then I start day dreaming after lunch...

It's the summertime... Of course I'm sleep deprived lol

I'm very sleep deprived. I barely get any sleep at all. I go to bed at around 1-3 am and I'll wake up at 6-7 am. Sometimes I'll knock out while watching TV in the middle of the day and wake up an hour later confused as f*ck. My mom is starting to notice too. She's says I have really dark circles around my eyes and is always asking me if I've slept enough. No matter what I do I can't seem to fall asleep before midnight. I also have trouble with breaking my habit of waking up early. The only advantage I can see to this is that if I ever want to get a medical marijuana card I should have no problem.
