I don't think I'm sleep deprived but my sleeping habits are really bad. Going to sleep at 4 AM isn't a good thing.
Im usually going to sleep at 4-5am then waking up at 10-11pm
I am rarely sleep deprived. Unless my friends come over. I go to bed kinda early. I have always been the one to get sleepy early as fudge
Old thread but I'd say I'm sleep deprived, most teenagers are, I usually end up going to bed at about midnight due to homework etc. but unfortunately I have to wake up at 5:30 am every morning for school.
I love to sleep, I usually go to bed at 10.00-11.00 p.m and get up early at 5.00 a.m
Yes. I barely get sleep anymore.
