He isn't liable if they get kicked out, especially if he has some sort of disclaimer about that. Its a students choice to cheat. Not his choice that they cheat.

vorfin, i could do with this, i am in high school and i struggle to keep my grades high, apart from ICT, which i am achieving A* lol.

I wouldn't because people in highschool and over will get busted.

It's a good idea, I was thinking of a school based forum too recently. As a schoolkid I think it will be great.
