I noticed something about avatars.My avatar image which is a transparent .png,is black instead of the background being transparent.I wonder if it's my problem or it has anything to do with Support forums.

No no, it's like that for me too. MyBB doesn't really like the whole .png thing yet. It's because IE still doesn't like it right. At least this is what I recall seeing on MyBB forums.

I don't seem to have the problem with my image.

Let's see what Omniscient says. It may just be a simple error.

Hmm,probably.I'll try re-uploading it,maybe it can work.

Can't you upload it as a jpg, and check if it works then?

Png is better quality and I prefer it among others.

Yes, but if the image is already transparent..
Why don't you just put it over the gray that is used here and save it that way.
It will look like it's still transparent.

Yeah you are correct.Well even if I fix my avatar with one of those ways,still transparent backgrounds get replaced with black ones.So the problem still persists.

Report it to Omni and he should fix for you..
