I've sprained my ankles many times in football, just rest it and ice it every hour for 20 mins.

Im sorry you sprained your ankle at least you didn't break it though. I broke my ankle when i was little. I hope it is doing better now.
I never broke anything on my body. I split my head open once, crazy day. Seriously guys, wear a helmet.
Hope you're okay, and you need to go to the doctor as soon as you can when something like this happens. It might be serious.
