That would be encased close the category of warez which wouldn't be allowed for discussion on SF specifically. At some point though, you're not going to get off with getting everything for free on a website, something's gotta give. Not everything in this world is free unfortunately.

Well this has got nothing to do with the website Ace, so please stop assuming that everything is. It is for shout casting a match and i wanna try vent before i go buying it its called trials.

Whether it is or not though, you can't get it for free on SF.
Trial isn't always a privilege however. You can't get trials for vBulletin I don't think.
Edit: You can get an admin demo, but it's not really a good overview of vbulletin.
