Nope. Games are meant to be played, and sold. No matter of what nature they are.
I don't think it matters. Maybe to some people that need to learn how to differentiate between Reality and Fiction but other than that, i don't think it matters.
If you are 14 and up. I think you can handle it. But, those 11 year olds playing Black Ops get annoying and they should not be able to play.
May be parents should gain knowledge about the children's game which they are playing.
