I knocked over my monitor and punctured the screen, can it be fixed?

It can be fixed, but
It costs to much to fix that, sorry

Yeah it will probably cost too much to fix, your best bet is to buy a new one.
I know it sucks...

It costs away too more then just buying a new Screen. Like above said. Buy a new one
