If a tattoo has a meaning then yes they do tell a lot about a person.
I love the look of tattoo's i really want to get one
I hate tattoos I have them but wish I didn't get them now Pinch

And i know a crap load of tattooed people and tattoo artists.
Honestly i think you are simply wrong.

I like tattoos a lot, I'm in the process of getting both my arms sleeved out, how about 15% on both arms.

I find them ok as long as they can be hidden, and too much is kind of taky. I plan on getting one in life.
Tattoo's are only 'cool' for a period of time. Then in the future, you will regret that you ever had a tattoo. This I have temp ones (:

My mom and dad have one tattoo each. Neither of them regret it. They can hide it and it makes them remember when they were young. And my dad has his on his chest it's a skull holding a rose in its mouth with spider legs.
