No lol, I have ran a private server before with over 12,000 registered players. You will not get sued..
It's an awesome looking forum but i think for a game like runscape, the theme should be a bit darker.
Look at this RS forum
http://forum.runescape.com/forums.ws It's pretty darkish with RS resemblance.

http://www.runegear.net/ also a dark forum and i believe it's made be a member here or on hackforums.
Anyways this doesn't really work because their are a lot of light RS forums as well.
I guess i just think a darker theme would look nicer.
Either way it doesn't matter the content does!
