She could just be allergic to you honestly i don't really know though, i think humans can be allergic to things just like humans do. Maybe take her to a veterinarian?

It's probably because there is a lot of dander in the air, and the way you're picking her up you're affecting her lungs, or something. Making her sneeze. It might not be sneezing, more wheezing.
