SMF seems good with the integrated plug-in-like options, but there are not many good options for the owners.
MyBB will forever top all the forum softwares. Try asking on a different forum, where SMF is being used.
Mybb because It's amazing, easy to use, free, and has many addons.

Not always, I found PhpBB good back in the day, MyBB overgone rapid development over the past while though. IPBoard would be nice if they improved their user navigation, but MyBB is the easiest to get used to.
This poll needs more options though, it's a poll, and it only has MyBB and SMF?..
Go with MyBB seem better then smf, hf is made with mybb.
