I'm using Kaspersky 2010, licenced.
Im using ZoneAlarm Firewall Basic(freeware) + NOD32 (without internet suite) + ComboFix + selfmade powershell scripts.
Norton, ewww, it's really bad.
Yes it has a nice GUI and looks pretty but when it comes down to what it was made for, it does not cut it in my opinion,
Ditch the Norton and get Avast, its the best AV by far!
I would reccommend any paid AV apart from Norton but if you want a decent free one try Avast or AVG Free.

It's up to you, just don't combine AV's together.

1 AV
1 Firewall
Malwarebytes
The more AV's the slower your PC will be. One antivirus is always fine
Mixing Norton with anything is always bad because the two AV's would really slow down your computer and fudge it up.

unfortunately combofix doesn't work on windows7.....Sad
Not good, AV makes your computer laggy and slow. Having one is already good.

SAS
Sandboxie
Online Armor
my pc is the slowest ever ever... someday i'll hit it with the biggest hammer i have!!!!!
my combo:
mcfee
AVG linkscanner
Malwarebytes
hijackthis
