I was wondering if you think if its a good idea to use the following combinations of anti-virus, though i am using it right now.
-Norton 360
-Windows Defender
-Malwarebytes Anti Malware
-Security 360 Pro
-Windows patrol
Generally combining av is a bad idea. It causes all sorts of software conflicts and can slow your system to a crawl. Pick an av, any av, and stick with it.

Thanks for the response, i used both of the AV cz sometimes Windows Defender picks up something that Norton doesn't.
As long as all aren't started at once, and aren't used at once (unless they are compatible) I don't really see a problem. I would recommend Avast Pro though.
I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials
Definitely Kaspersky for your first choice, if not, try ESET Nod32.
Keep Malware Bytes, great program.
Use one at a time with Microsoft Security Essentials.
If you want to use a combinations of antivirus, I would suggest if you want to use two antivirus to only leave one with Real-time protection, and the other one just use it for scan. The best combination will be:
Antivirus+Anti-Malware+Anti-Spyware+Anti-adware= to better protection.
