Hey SF,

I have a problem with my wieght and its been an issue since i was about 13 and im now 19, im around 6ft and weight just under 9 stone which isnt good, im quite thin, i try to press ups and sit ups each day in a routine, but it doesnt really help it will just give me tone etc. What would be the best things to eat etc to achieve 11 stone.
In short, you must lift weights.

Start lifting weights on a regular basis and you will notice a difference. Doing situps and stuff won't really change much. But lifting weights will pump you up with muscle.
It's normal. You have a fast metabolism.
naa i dont think its normal, im too thin most of my mates are the right weight not thin etc, ima try lifting weights and eating more meat etc
Drink Protein shake, and double your meat
My mum has just got back with a huge tub of protein powder, ive signed up at the gym and im going doing some shopping later and will get a lot of meats. Im really going to try and gain some weight, thanks for your help guys its appreciated Smile
Try lifting more weights than what you are already doing. After you lift flood your body with protein (Protein shakes, meats, peanuts) This will get you bigger forsure.
