Is there any chance of Omniscient upping the signature size a bit, I know that this has been discussed a lot (every few days?) on HackForums but I think that with a site like this where the overall community/atmosphere is better; it'd could work.

There really isn't a need for that IMHO.

It's more than adequate. It won't be changed.
