I want to set up a forum which focuses on general computer design. This would include animation, special effects, graphic design, etc..

The domain CGIForums.net is free and I'm very tempted to buy it, but I thought I'd ask your opinions first. Is it a good domain? Would it be worth buying? Would the domain alone be good enough to sell if need be at a later date?

I would take it if I was you, it will probably would be good alone to sell enough at a later date if you develop the forum idea.

Do you have the time to develop a forum? The domain alone is not sufficient, because it does refer to a forum.

Yeh I'll definitely have time to develop it, I just wanted to know what peoples views on the domain are.

Nice domain, if you don't work it you could sell it even.
